Our Story
Ledwell Productions is spearheaded by producer Elora Rose Ledger and director Alexandra Cowell. Their story begins as so many do, sitting around backstage, half dressed, faces unrecognisable beneath several inches of makeup, lamenting the state of the Arts while throwing sweets at each other.
Or as they would say - A Business Meeting.
With a passion for storytelling in all its forms, a core belief that everyone should have access to truly great theatre and just the right amount of deluded self-confidence, a partnership was born.
Their credits span The Sydney Opera House, Edinburgh Fringe, Broadway, Opera San Jose, Carnegie Hall, and the BBC.
